9:00 AM | Leslie Presnall, Creator of The Local Instagram Formula, will lead a virtual live actionable course with dedicated time for individual profile assessments and in-depth questions. While the training is Instagram-focused, she teaches core marketing principles that apply directly to your Facebook, LinkedIn, website, and Google Business listing.
10:00 AM | Dale and Brian Karmie, Co-Founders of ForeverLawn, will lead a live session explaining how they have deliberately (and through some trial and error) designed a thriving company culture, and how they continue to cultivate and sustain a workplace environment where their core values, behaviors, and beliefs are clearly defined and lived out every day.
11:00 AM | Allison Gromofsky, Senior Manager - Community & Partner Relations for Visit Canton, will share how they support our community through free services and resources, assistance with hosting events, meetings, and conferences. She’ll also highlight the important role guest experience at your business plays in making our community a welcoming destination.
